The small print, in plain language.

Who we are. Reset Yourself is a trade name of Innovation Lab BV, registered in the Netherlands. These terms apply to every purchase of the Reset program through this website.

What you buy. The Reset is a six-week wellness program for €925, one-time, including one hair tissue mineral analysis, the upload and review of data you choose to share, a private dashboard, a guided journal, and three human-reviewed actions per week. It is a wellness and education service, not medical care.

Your part. You are 18 or older, you provide accurate information, and you use the program for yourself. Access is personal and not transferable.

Payment and start. Payment is due at purchase through the payment methods offered at checkout. The program starts when your test kit is shipped or your dashboard access is opened, whichever comes first.

Our content. Readings, plans and materials are for your personal use. They remain our intellectual property and may not be resold or republished.

Refunds · 14 days to change your mind. As an EU consumer you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, for a full refund.

Refunds · the exception, honestly stated. If you ask us to start within those 14 days, by sending in your hair sample or activating your dashboard, you consent to us beginning the service. Once the laboratory has processed your sample, the analysis cannot be undone and the right of withdrawal lapses for the part already delivered.

Refunds · damaged or lost kits. A kit that arrives damaged, or a sample lost in processing, is replaced free of charge.

Refunds · after 14 days. The program is not refundable after the withdrawal period. If something is genuinely wrong, write to us anyway. We would rather solve it than argue about it.

Liability. To the extent Dutch law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the program. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Applicable law. Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without limiting your rights as an EU consumer.

Controller. Innovation Lab BV is the data controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we process. Your account details, your test results, the data you choose to upload, and your journal entries. Health data is processed only with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Where it lives. Encrypted, on servers in the European Union. Your data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared beyond the processors needed to run the service: the laboratory, our hosting provider and our payment provider, each bound by a processing agreement.

How long. For the duration of your program and any membership, plus what tax and consumer law require us to keep. On request we delete your data.

Your rights. Access, correction, deletion, portability and objection. Write to us and we respond within one month. You can also complain to the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Reset Yourself provides wellness insight and education based on data you choose to share. We do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this website or in your readings is medical advice.
