Shipping inside Türkiye is free. If you order to an address outside Türkiye, the rate for your country is added on top of the programme price and shown before you pay.
Once the laboratory has your sample, your results and first reading land in your dashboard within 2–3 weeks. You get an email the moment your reading goes live.
The Reset hair analysis is carried out by our licensed partner laboratory, ISO 17025 accredited and audited regularly by the Dutch Accreditation Council, using TCI mass spectrometry — the most advanced equipment available today.
