Distance sales terms
Who you're contracting with. Reset Yourself is a trading name of Innovation Lab BV, registered in the Netherlands. Innovation Lab BV is the seller; the Turkish offering is run in collaboration with Kadir Yücelbaş. These terms apply to every purchase of the Reset programme through this website.
What you're buying. Reset is a six-week wellness programme for a one-time €925: one hair tissue mineral analysis, upload and review of the data you choose to share, a private dashboard, a guided journal and three human-reviewed actions a week. It is a wellness and education service, not medical care.
Price and currency. The price is set in euro and charged in euro. Any Turkish lira amount shown on the site is indicative only; the amount on your statement can differ because of your bank's exchange rate.
Your side. You are over 18, you give accurate information and you use the programme for yourself. Access is personal and not transferable.
Payment and start. Payment is made through the methods offered at checkout. The programme starts when your test kit ships or your dashboard access opens, whichever comes first.
Our content. Readings, plans and materials are for your personal use. The intellectual property stays with us and may not be resold or republished.
Right of withdrawal · 14 days. Under the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation you may withdraw as a consumer within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason, for a full refund. An email to hello@resetyourself.com is enough.
Right of withdrawal · the honest exception. If you ask us to start within those 14 days by sending in your hair sample or activating your dashboard, you consent to performance beginning. Once the laboratory has processed your sample the analysis cannot be undone, and the right of withdrawal ends for the part already performed.
Refunds · damaged or lost kits. A kit that arrives damaged, or a sample lost in processing, is replaced free of charge.
Refunds · after 14 days. After the withdrawal period the programme is non-refundable. If something genuinely went wrong, write to us anyway. We would rather solve it than argue about it.
Liability. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid for the programme. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law and disputes. Dutch law applies to the contract. This does not affect your rights as a consumer resident in Türkiye: you may bring a dispute to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or the Consumer Court where you live.
