Getting an HTMA test in the Netherlands
If you are in the Netherlands or elsewhere in Europe and want an HTMA test, you have two routes: order a standalone kit and interpret it yourself, or have it done inside a program where someone actually reads the result with you.
How a home kit works
The kit arrives by post. You cut a small amount of hair — a tablespoon's worth — from the back of the head, close to the scalp, from a few spots so it stays invisible. It goes into the envelope and back to the lab. No needles, no clinic visit, two minutes of your time. Results typically land within two to three weeks.
What to ask any lab or provider
Three questions separate serious labs from the rest. Do they wash the hair sample before analysis, and can they explain their method? Do they report the key ratios — calcium/magnesium, sodium/potassium, zinc/copper — or only raw values? And who interprets the report: a practitioner who reads patterns, or a printout of reference ranges you are left to Google yourself?
Why the reading matters more than the test
An HTMA report is twenty-plus numbers and a dozen ratios. Read in isolation they contradict each other; read as a pattern they tell one coherent story about your energy production, stress response and mineral economy. That reading is a skill built over thousands of tests — it is also the part most standalone kit providers skip entirely.
How the Reset includes it
The Reset starts with the kit at your door. Your HTMA is read by our practitioners together with your blood work, wearables and history, and turned into three actions a week on your personal dashboard. You never interpret a number alone — and at the end of six weeks, we retest so the change is measured, not assumed.
